Horarium
A cornerstone of the Benedictine tradition is the ora et labora (work and prayer). Every monastery has an horarium, which is a schedule of their prayer and work for the day. It governs their entire day. Below is both my weekday and weekend horarium.
I want to emphasize that I do not keep this perfectly every day. Life happens and things come up. However, this is what I strive to keep each day.
